Export Control - Licensable Products
Some products sold on the Hyperdrivesafety website require an export licence to be exported outside of the EU. If you purchase one of these products and your delivery address is outside of the EU then we will contact you for further information in order to complete the licence application process.
With respect to export control, the delivery address of your order is considered to be the 'End-User' address. If you intend to forward some or all of your order on to an address outside of the EU then you must make us aware of the address of the ultimate 'End-User' at the time of ordering. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your order.
In some situations, export restrictions can still apply to products not specifically on export control lists. For this reason, even if your order does not contain products which are shown to need an export licence, you must still ensure that the delivery address is the address if the 'End-User' and not forward goods on without contacting us first.

Payment and Order Processing
If you place an order on this website and choose to pay by credit/debit card, payment will be taken immediately at the time of ordering. If all items on your order are in stock at the time of ordering then the order will be processed on the same, or following working day. If any items on your order are out of stock at the time of ordering then your order will be held until all items are in stock and the order can be shipped complete.
