\nHypercarbonandsafety roll wrapped twill carbon fiber round tubes are fabricated from woven twill prepreg material. The layers are provide high bending stiffness and axial strength. The inner and outer layers provide a bias support in addition to an attractive appearance. This product is ideal for building lightweight frames and structures, tubular vessels, poles, column supports, and any other applications where low weight and high stiffness are essential, yet appearance is also important.

\nXPREG® XC110 is an advanced out of autoclave prepreg carbon fibre surface system designed specifically for out-of-autoclave (vacuum bag, oven cure) processing. After several years in development, XC110 is a class-leading prepreg system capable of producing carbon fibre components with a 'class A' surface finish and minimal void content when oven-cured under vacuum pressure only.
